FOR BRACELETS AND WRIST MALAS: The best way to determine your wrist size for a bracelet is by using a tailors tape. A good fit is to take the size you measure over the wrist bump and add up to .5 inches, which is for a loose fit. If you go over - the bracelet may be too large. A 1/4 inch addition is for a snug fit.

FOR NECKLACES: Please see each item description. Most necklaces have a default length of 18 or 19 inches with complimentary or low priced extenders available upon request.

There are two things to remember about the terms; custom and personalized - this includes buying in bulk, wholesale;
1. Unless damaged or defective, they cannot be refunded or returned and
2. BohemWraps is not responsible for late arrivals on estimated shipping times. US postal service delays and foreign customs issues and delays are not the responsibility of this shop. The only time shipping fees are refunded is when guaranteed shipping arrangements are made and paid for, e.g.; overnight, 2 day guaranteed, etc.

If an order arrives damaged or defective and you notify me within 2 weeks, just convo me and I'll make it right. Please be sure to take pictures as well.

In General: I recommend that you treat your jewelry as you would other fine jewelry. Wearing your jewelry during vigorous exercise, swimming or just getting it wet, may result in damage to the stones or rusting of the metal accent beads.
Jewelry Cleaning: I recommend cleaning the natural darkening (chemical oxidation) of metals – for this, you should only use Brasso. Do not use on gem stones, silk fabrics, the faux (vegan) suede's and cords. In general, I use only a jewelry cloth or a small amount of mild bar soap and water. If using soap, make sure it’s only on the metal parts. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Regular (non-customized) orders normally ship out within 1-3 days (usually asap - during business week). Shipping time for custom or personalized/whole sale orders will be communicated to the buyer.

BohemWraps does a limited number of wholesale orders per year. In general it is important to know that:
1. minimum number of items per order is 15.
2. All or any of the items ordered are non-returnable and non-refundable.

I am no longer accepting cancellations, the charges against me for doing so generally fall between 10% to 12%. However, I do want you to be happy, please convo me and let's work it out
